While our normal lives may be on pause, Jackson Hole, “the last of the old west,” was built on the frontier traditions of grit and resilience. During this time of incredible uncertainty, we wanted to assure you that Hotel Jackson is here for you.

We are extremely fortunate here in Jackson to have a strong local leadership – both elected and members of our business community – who understood the seriousness and significance of COVID-19. Because of that Jackson Hole has been able to responsibly react, unlike other mountain west towns, and we are continuing to flatten the curve. The hope is that because both Jackson Hole and our partners, Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks, shut down early before community transmission, we will be stronger for it when it is time to reopen.

Hotel Jackson has always maintained the strictest of standards regarding health and hygiene. We are fortunate to have one of the best staffs around. In addition to the meticulous care of guest rooms, we have increased the frequency of attention to public spaces and frequently used surfaces and will continue to do so moving forward. Additionally, we are implementing updated standards and recommendations from the World Health Organization as well as best practices from local, regional and national health and safety professionals specifically tailored to hotels all to ensure your safety and protection.

Because we know that in times of uncertainty it can be hard to plan accordingly, we have amended our cancellation policy to allow for changes in plans. With our new most flexible rate, reservations are fully refundable up to 14 days before arrival. Within 14 days you will receive credit than can be used for future stays up to 12 months. Any cancellation within 72 hours is non-refundable, and as always, we always recommend traveler’s insurance.
