COVID-19 Update May 2020

Upon entering the establishment, clean the soles of the shoes with disinfecting liquid
Daily temperature measurement (must go to the Front Desk)
Use a mask
Hand washing with soap and water. Alcohol-based antibacterial products are available at different points on the property
Cover the mouth and nose with disposable tissues or the inner corner of the elbow when coughing or sneezing.
Avoid close contact with someone who has a cold with flu-like symptoms.
Avoid hugging, kissing, shaking hands, and sharing objects with others.
In the event that any guest presents suspicious symptoms of COVID-19, it will be reported to the authorities and we have an area available to quarantine, if necessary.

In case of presenting any symptoms, they must report it to their immediate boss and stay at home.
In their work areas, they maintain a minimum distance of approximately one and a half meters, between person and person
Mandatory use of masks in all areas and at all times
Mandatory use of gloves when working with food
They also attend to all the recommendations made to guest

Cancellations

We understand that as a result of this situation you would like to change your plans and therefore your reservations, so we have temporarily modified our cancellation policies. Please review the cancellation policy that applies to your reservation and contact us if you have any questions.

Reservations that already have payment, can be rebooked for up to 12 months. The payment can also be used as a credit for New Year’s Eve (Dec 27/2020 to Jan 02/2021) and Holly Week 2021 (March 31 to April 04), if you wish. If you prefer a refund, we will apply a 10% administrative fee and it will take approximately 60 days for bank procedures.
